Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of detailers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, analyze competitors' operations, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including the selection and procurement of high-quality products.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new customers.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to ensure the financial success of our auto detail shop.
- Staffing and Training: Determine staffing requirements, plan and organize training programs, and ensure that all staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
