Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the overall performance of the branch while ensuring profitability is maximized.
  • Expanding the business by identifying new opportunities and facilitating client acquisition through various channels.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and addressing all customer needs.
  • Executing a talent strategy that attracts, retains, and nurtures skilled professionals.
  • Promoting accountability and mentoring team members to meet operational, developmental, and customer service standards.
  • Leading change initiatives and effectively communicating relevant information to team members.
  • Fostering high employee engagement and creating individual development plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of client information and adhering to customer privacy policies.
  • Representing Fairstone positively within local communities and enhancing the company’s image.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: College diploma (BS/BA with a focus on Business).
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in finance industry sales (preferably in consumer finance) or equivalent management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with employees, management, and clients.
  • Proven verbal, written, and listening abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
