Position Overview:

We are seeking a Gold Branch Manager to oversee operations at one of our branches. In this leadership role, you will:

  • Create exceptional customer experiences by engaging clients in person, over the phone, and through various communication channels.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding, aligning customers' needs with appropriate financial solutions.
  • Educate clients on how to achieve their financial objectives, particularly in building their credit.
  • Drive financial cross-sales and promote additional product offerings.
  • Clearly communicate the terms and conditions of financial products.
  • Assess and analyze potential loans through thorough financial evaluations and risk assessments.
  • Manage collections for overdue accounts effectively.
  • Ensure accurate information is gathered to process customer applications with meticulous attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, focused on achieving results and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • A compassionate approach, prioritizing integrity in every transaction and genuinely caring for our clients.
  • Ability to successfully pass background checks, including criminal, employment, and credit screenings.

Internal Applicant Eligibility:

  • Experience: A minimum of 12-18 months in a Financial Service Representative role or equivalent supervisory experience.
  • Individual Growth Plan: Must be completed or currently in progress.
  • Endorsement: Required from your Regional Manager.
  • HR Clearance: Necessary for consideration.
