Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
  • Learn and implement lead generation techniques through social media channels with guidance from our expert team.
  • Conduct structured interviews with candidates over the phone, following provided training and scripts.
  • Facilitate the provision of information to suitable applicants and arrange online Q&A sessions through follow-up appointments.
  • Mentor and support new clients, offering a range of guidance and training.
  • Utilize various marketing tools to build a successful online presence and grow your personal brand.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, either working for yourself or with a reputable company.
  • Familiarity with the basic functionality of major social media apps (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
  • Excellent phone and communication skills, including proficiency with Zoom.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
