Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ecommerce and a strategic mindset to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across various digital platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead email strategy, including segmentation to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing activities and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of our ecommerce websites across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure website optimization for SEO and user experience (UX).
  • Work with the web development team to implement necessary updates and improvements.
  • Monitor website performance and traffic using tools like GA4 and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ecommerce setting.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Commerce / Magento is an asset.
