About the Role

KingswaySoft Inc is a leading provider of integration solutions, and we're seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Client Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client success experiences through your exceptional client engagement and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and respond to client inquiries or requests, including quotes, invoices, and software licensing requests.
  • Provide answers to pre-sales technical questions, including responding to RFPs and technical questionnaires.
  • Create and develop demonstration and training videos that illustrate and explain our software features.
  • Assist with and participate in client presentations by demonstrating high-level features of our software through remote meetings.
  • Assist with marketing team on marketing campaign follow-up and reporting.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of client services support tools to ensure effective client communications across the organization.
  • Coordinate and facilitate client trainings.
  • Train new staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3+ years of previous software sales, account management, customer success, or relevant experience in the technology industry.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in using a software program to manage client engagements.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, application systems, and database systems.
  • A self-motivated personality with a positive attitude.
  • Creative and friendly personality.
  • Knowledge of software licensing.
