Position Overview

The District Operations Manager (DOM) plays a pivotal role in steering a team towards operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction. In a fast-paced industry, the DOM will emphasize client service and successful project outcomes to foster business growth. Effective collaboration across various departments is essential to ensure transparent communication and uphold the values of iCIMS, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor employees across multiple locations in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Oversee operational strategy, budget management, and resource distribution.
  • Maintain exceptional standards in project execution and operational effectiveness.
  • Engage with stakeholders to pinpoint improvement opportunities and execute strategic action plans.
  • Offer guidance and expertise in site evaluation and remediation processes.
  • Establish and enforce safety initiatives to cultivate a health-conscious workplace.
  • Effectively manage administrative responsibilities.
  • Promote business growth and development within regional markets.

Qualifications:

  • Professional certification required or eligible for attainment.
  • 12+ years of experience in the construction sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
