Regional Operations Manager

As a District Manager at Modern Beauty, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness and performance of multiple locations within your designated area. Acting as a vital link between the individual stores and the corporate office, you will foster a culture of ownership and accountability that drives the success of your district.
Your role is essential in executing both short-term and long-term strategies aimed at enhancing sales, profitability, and overall growth. You will lead and manage all locations in alignment with our company values and culture, ensuring that each store operates efficiently and effectively.
To excel in this position, you will need to possess an entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills, and exceptional time management and interpersonal abilities. Building trust with your teams, leading by example, and valuing diverse perspectives will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the corporate office and store locations, conducting regular visits to ensure operational alignment;
- Collaborate with management to analyze market trends and implement strategies that enhance customer experience and drive growth;
- Monitor business performance across all stores in your district, developing actionable plans to meet or exceed sales and performance goals;
- Encourage team participation in achieving sales targets and understanding promotional initiatives through effective training and support;
- Safeguard confidential information, including sales data and employee performance metrics;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all locations by conducting regular audits;
- Manage staffing schedules to optimize labor costs while meeting customer service needs;
- Oversee the hiring process and work closely with Human Resources to reduce turnover and manage employee compensation;
- Foster a positive work environment by mentoring team members and addressing performance issues constructively;
- Conduct performance evaluations and collaborate with HR to identify training needs and enhance employee engagement;
- Implement annual performance assessments to communicate expectations and provide necessary support;
- Develop a strong team of store managers who are motivated to achieve sales targets and can be entrusted with specific responsibilities;
- Make informed decisions to address operational challenges promptly;
- Act as the first point of contact for incidents such as theft, ensuring proper follow-up and preventive measures;
- Coordinate the setup of new stores and oversee ongoing maintenance and repairs;
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure effective communication and follow-through on all requests;
- Collaborate with fellow District Managers to share best practices and support each other's objectives;
- Participate in training sessions and management meetings as directed by upper management;
- Fulfill responsibilities of other roles as needed and perform additional duties as required.
