Regional Operations Manager

As a District Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the performance and operations of multiple locations within your designated area, acting as a crucial link between the retail outlets and the corporate office. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and ownership, driving the success of your district.
This role is vital for implementing both short-term and long-term strategies aimed at enhancing sales, profitability, and overall growth. You will need to exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and possess exceptional time and people management capabilities. Building trust with your teams, leading by example, and effectively managing conflicts will be essential.
In this position, you will oversee ten or more stores, with the specific locations subject to change based on the company's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the corporate office and various store locations, ensuring regular visits to maintain strong communication and support.
- Collaborate with management to analyze market trends, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.
- Monitor performance metrics across your district, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and optimize key performance indicators.
- Motivate team members to engage in sales initiatives, contests, and promotions by fostering a deep understanding of products and customer service.
- Safeguard sensitive information, including sales data and employee performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all locations, conducting regular audits and assessments.
- Manage staffing levels effectively, approving schedules and ensuring appropriate coverage to align with sales performance.
- Facilitate the hiring process, working closely with Human Resources to reduce turnover and manage compensation.
- Support team development by providing constructive feedback, resolving conflicts, and creating a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and collaborate with HR to address employee satisfaction and training needs.
- Implement annual performance assessments to set clear expectations and provide additional support where necessary.
- Develop a strong team of store managers who are committed to achieving sales goals and driving store performance.
- Make informed decisions to address issues promptly and effectively.
- Act as the first point of contact for any incidents, coordinating necessary follow-up actions.
- Oversee the setup of new stores and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Take ownership of tasks, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
- Work collaboratively with other district managers to share insights and support mutual growth.
- Participate in training and development sessions as directed by management.
- Fulfill responsibilities of other roles as needed and undertake additional duties as required.
