Job Summary

As a District Manager at Modern Beauty, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operations and performance of all locations within your district. You will serve as a liaison between your stores and the head office, cultivating a sense of ownership and accountability regarding the success of your district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the performance of all locations within your district, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Lead and manage a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
    • Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability among team members.
  • Store Performance and Growth
    • Monitor and analyze business trends across stores within your district, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals for all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Collaborate with the Human Resources department to identify skill gaps and plan training programs to support team development.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure all team members across all stores in your district are adhering to company standards and policies.
    • Regularly audit employee purchases, credits, and discounts to ensure they are used as intended.
    • Approve schedules, ensure adequate staffing, and manage employee turnover to maintain optimal store performance.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Act as a liaison between the head office and store locations, providing regular updates and insights to inform business decisions.
    • Collaborate with other District Managers to support each other's growth and success.
    • Attend and participate in sales and management training meetings and events as directed by Management.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze business trends and develop effective plans to drive growth and improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
