Sales Associate Role

At Roots, we're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in promoting our core values and providing exceptional service to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers and build loyalty
  • Resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks
  • Contribute to store success as a team player
  • Ensure store appearance and visual displays meet company standards
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Retail experience, preferably in apparel
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers
  • Understanding of retail operation concepts
  • Self-starter with good judgment
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Upbeat and optimistic attitude
  • Ability to understand customer needs
