Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate and Distillery Tour Guide to join our team at Park Distillery Restaurant & Bar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing information about our merchandise and spirits while creating a memorable experience. As a Distillery Tour Guide, you will host distillery tours, sharing your knowledge of our world-class craft spirits and the distilling process with our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Be knowledgeable about our merchandise and spirits, making recommendations to guests
  • Host distillery tours, sharing your knowledge of our craft spirits and the distilling process
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless guest experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a memorable experience
  • Knowledge of craft spirits and the distilling process
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ProServe Certification
