Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and productivity standards, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Assist in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that showcases our products.
- Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on company initiatives and product information.
- Contribute to the store's Units per Transaction (UPT) by introducing new and underperforming categories.
- Develop and maintain personal customer relationships through clienteling and after-sale customer engagement.
- Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards.
- Support the overall upkeep of physical store maintenance and standards.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the apparel retail industry.
- Proven record of successful sales performance.
- Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and processes.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Bonus points for proficiency in another language.
