Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and productivity standards, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that showcases our products.
  • Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on company initiatives and product information.
  • Contribute to the store's Units per Transaction (UPT) by introducing new and underperforming categories.
  • Develop and maintain personal customer relationships through clienteling and after-sale customer engagement.
  • Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards.
  • Support the overall upkeep of physical store maintenance and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the apparel retail industry.
  • Proven record of successful sales performance.
  • Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Good understanding of CRM tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Bonus points for proficiency in another language.
