As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our core values and providing outstanding service to customers. Your main objective will be to develop long-term relationships with customers and build a loyal customer base. To be successful, you'll need to possess retail experience, preferably in apparel, and demonstrate the ability to develop relationships with customers. You'll also need to have experience with retail operation concepts such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation. As a self-starter, you'll use good judgment in all situations and possess excellent presentation skills in a retail environment. You'll be upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly, with the ability to understand the needs of customers and build buy-in to ideas, decisions, actions, products, or services. This is an opportunity to shape our company's future by displaying a "customer comes first" attitude, resolving customer issues effectively, being a team player, and contributing to the stores' success. You'll perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, keep current on product and service updates, and ensure the store is visually appealing. You'll also adhere to all Loss Prevention policies as per guidelines and policies.
