Nature and Scope
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values by providing exceptional service to customers and building relationships with them. The goal is to develop long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment
- Perform point of sales transactions and merchandising tasks
- Maintain store visual standards and contribute to visual displays
- Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies
What We're Looking For
- Retail experience preferably in apparel
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
- Experience with retail operation concepts such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation
- Self-starter with good judgment and excellent presentation skills
- Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly
- Ability to understand customer needs and build buy-in to ideas and products
