As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers
  • Process returns and exchanges, handling customer complaints in a fair and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
