Lead Financial Analyst

The Strategy and Performance Management team is in search of a Lead Financial Analyst who is eager to embrace a challenging and distinctive opportunity to enhance the company's financial reporting.

As a vital member of the Performance Management team, you will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial and operational metrics reporting for executive leadership. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams across different business units.

We are looking for an individual who can utilize exceptional business insight and apply themselves to this high-visibility role. The ideal candidate will be expected to transform financial data into meaningful analyses that support executive decision-making. Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential, as the Lead Financial Analyst will be tasked with elevating current financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and present an ongoing overview of our performance against targets, as well as adapting to evolving business and market trends.

- Support the process of gathering and consolidating complex data necessary for key performance metric analysis and benchmarking against competitors.

- Lead industry research on market and subscriber trends.

- Assist business partners in both short-term and long-term planning by identifying, prioritizing, and communicating business risks and opportunities through robust financial analysis.

- Provide insightful analysis, highlighting key trends, observations, and business impacts.

- Conduct post-implementation project reviews and assessments.

- Offer general assistance with ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

- CA/CFA designation is advantageous.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.

- Ability to visualize data effectively using graphs and charts.

- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality.

- Understanding of financial metrics (e.g., TSR, EV/EBITDA Multiple) and KPIs.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels, including senior management.

- Strong team player with the capability to work independently.

- High-level individual contributor with significant independent judgment.

- Ability to build strong relationships with business units and other finance organizations.

- Experience with data analytics tools is a plus.

- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
