This role offers a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit and Loss (P&L) evaluations
  • Examine Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), pricing strategies, and customer profitability metrics
  • Deliver analytical findings to senior leadership
  • Engage with multiple departments to drive financial performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) within the CPG sector, with a preference for experience in marketing or sales collaboration
  • CPA certification is strongly preferred; alternatively, an MBA will be considered
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven track record of contributing to process enhancements
