Key Responsibilities:
• Foster lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.
• Guide guests through their journey from initial online engagement to the final delivery of their vehicle, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in digital sales processes and conduct vehicle sales in line with dealership procedures to drive sales volume.
• Ensure every guest receives a remarkable guest experience with positivity and professionalism, setting the standard for excellence.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our vehicle inventory to provide expert product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Deliver engaging vehicle demonstrations and follow up with guests post-delivery to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform other duties and projects as requested by management, contributing to the dealership's overall success and growth.
Requirements:
• Successful candidates should have at least one year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Availability to work flexible hours and weekends is essential.
• Previous luxury sales experience in the automotive industry or retail space is considered an asset.
• A valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Must have a valid OMVIC license.
