Digital Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Digital Shopper Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge digital materials on our e-commerce retail and media platforms to enhance shopper consideration and purchase intent.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Support the development of shopper navigation journeys on our e-commerce retail and media platforms, including Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shops.
- Collaborative Coordination: Lead and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including KOS/Creators/MCN agencies/Livestream partners, to meet platform needs and streamline workflows.
- Brand Advocate: Ensure all digital materials align with brand guidelines and advocate for a cohesive brand experience.
- Team Management: Oversee the job scope and workload for in-house designers and maintain our Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the effectiveness of digital assets, optimize based on performance indicators, and gather competitive insights to foster a "test and learn" environment.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in any field (a background in statistics is a plus).
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience related to digital assets for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTokShop flagship stores.
- Skills: Self-starter, organizational guru, effective communicator, creative eye, agility, growth mindset, and technical expertise in backend seller centers of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTokShop.
