Digital Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Manager to join our team at Colgate. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge digital experiences that captivate and convert shoppers.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Support the development of e-commerce strategies and lead the creation and implementation of shopper navigation journeys on our online retail and media platforms.
- Collaborative Coordination: Lead and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including KOS/Creators/MCN agencies/Livestream partners, to meet platform needs and ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
- Brand Advocate: Ensure all digital materials align with brand guidelines and advocate for a consistent brand experience.
- Team Management: Oversee the job scope and workload for in-house designers and maintain and manage our Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the effectiveness of digital assets, optimize based on performance indicators, and gather competitive insights to foster a 'test and learn' environment.
- Self-Starter: High ownership and independence.
- Organizational Guru: Stellar project and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent oral and written skills.
- Creative Eye: A flair for creatives and attention to detail.
