Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MODE IMMIGRATION INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear work priorities.
  • Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, and strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Google Drive experience an asset.
  • Criminal record check required.
Work Environment:

Our office is a consulting firm, and we are looking for a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
