Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at QProVibe Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, coordinating seminars and conferences, and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Motivate staff and oversee payroll administration
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
