Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AV Locky Immigration Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as maintaining accurate records and preparing minutes of meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. and schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide customer service and answer electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information and perform data entry.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory and type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Organized and reliable with excellent time management skills.
