About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Toronto, reporting to the Human Resources Director. In this role, you will collaborate closely with operational leadership, driving key HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and recruitment.

This hybrid position requires on-site presence at least 2 days a week, with CB Canada providing full PPE and adhering to health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in HR
  • Hands-on experience in employee relations
