Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

VPC Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Manage employee data and information, including recruitment, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in human resources software and Microsoft Office.
