About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team at NTT DATA. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for various applications, including Aveva AIM, ServiceNow, Workday, and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
  • Monitor and respond to incident reports via ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and fix underlying issues
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for application processes
  • Provide training to end-users as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in application support or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Aveva AIM (Asset Information Management System)
  • Proficiency in SQL, ServiceNow, Microsoft Windows servers, MS Azure, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle Databases, SolarWinds, and application monitoring tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with applications relevant to the Canadian energy sector
  • Knowledge of Information Security best practices and data movement
