About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as 360 Analysts. As a 360 Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work across various functions and teams within our organization, including asset management, development, and private equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in building and maintaining asset, fund, development, and REIT models;
  • Prepare investment memos on asset strategy, conversions, capital expenditures, and investments for senior executives and the Board;
  • Participate in financial analysis for asset- and/or portfolio-level strategy related to capital allocation, investments/dispositions, developments, strategic initiatives, financings, and risk management;
  • Assist in building and analyzing asset-level cash flow, financing strategies, and valuations;
  • Prepare quarterly and/or annual investor materials for public and private platforms;
  • Contribute to research reports on subjects ranging from capital markets, real estate markets, industry trends, and potential investments; complete a research project that will be presented to senior management;
  • Work closely with the team on any other initiatives and special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong academic track record with expected graduation from a Commerce, Business, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or quantitative undergraduate program;
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and research skills;
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling), PowerPoint, and Word;
  • Collaborative, team-player; strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally;
  • General understanding of core financial concepts and comfort with financial modeling;
  • Interest in and basic understanding of the real estate industry.
