Job Title: Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to join our Pricing Division at AutoTrader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing trends and conducting analytics to identify opportunities and formulate pricing recommendations for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and recommend pricing models based on product roadmap and strategic priorities to drive revenue growth.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis and provide recommendations to ensure profitable delivery of corporate growth objectives and market competitiveness.
  3. Develop insights and identify pricing/offer opportunities to continually improve effectiveness and efficiency of pricing/offer portfolio.
  4. Define the process for establishing pricing for our products and educate the organization on this process.
  5. Challenge existing pricing structures and propose innovative ideas to drive business growth.
  6. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams daily to provide support and persuade ideas.
  7. Support Sales in deal structuring and pricing strategy for strategic accounts through Deal Desk.
  8. Provide ongoing summary reports and executive presentations to the business.
Requirements:
  1. University Degree and 5+ years' experience in the field.
  2. Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met or exceeded.
  4. Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships.
  5. Able to work effectively within a team, listen, and persuade others.
  6. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  7. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Power BI considered a plus).
  8. Experience with pricing/packaging bundles, and/or data products considered a plus.
