Position Overview
In light of our impressive growth in the US market, we are looking to enhance our sales team. We seek a skilled Account Executive (AE) with a strong background in technology sales, particularly in Software as a Service (SaaS), to operate remotely within the western regions of the US and Canada. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with sales expertise who is eager to evolve into a comprehensive AE position, representing an advanced security solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Digify's offerings to small and medium-sized businesses, mid-market, and potentially larger enterprises.
- Quickly build authentic relationships with prospective clients through calls or virtual meetings.
- Identify and understand the requirements of potential clients.
- Provide tailored solutions as a consultant, including live product demonstrations when necessary.
- Relay customer insights to product development and marketing teams.
- Document all client interactions in our CRM (Hubspot) and keep the team informed about market trends and statistics.
- Employ a systematic approach to qualify opportunities and report on progress using established frameworks (MEDDPICC & BANT).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in selling SaaS or cloud-based software.
- Proven expertise in sales qualification.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Skilled in building rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong ability to educate clients while simultaneously driving sales.
