The Healthcare Engagement Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the engagement process within our operational service hub. This position is essential in collaborating with various departments to uphold GSK's commitment to adhering to both internal and external regulations governing the engagement of HCPs, EEs, and HCOs. Key Responsibilities:

Leverage existing systems and methodologies to ensure effective, consistent, and compliant delivery of engagements with Health Care Organizations, Health Care Providers, and External Experts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Enhancing and maintaining current processes to support ongoing business needs, ensuring that both systems and processes remain effective amidst changing internal and external landscapes. Supporting specific core engagement processes for GSK Pharmaceuticals and ViiV Healthcare.

Additional Duties:

Oversee core engagement processes tailored to enterprise Health Care Organizations, Health Care Providers, and External Expert requirements, aligned with GSK's Code of Practice and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Provide operational support services for therapy-aligned engagements involving Health Care Organizations, Health Care Providers, and External Experts for local and cross-border activities as necessary. Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries. Guarantee compliant travel arrangements for Health Care Providers and External Experts in accordance with GSK policies. Maintain documentation compliance and retention standards. Assist in delivering quality frameworks and support quality assurance audits. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular reviews of end-to-end processes. Contribute to the development of training programs and materials to meet staff training needs. Ensure timely payments to Health Care Organizations in accordance with GSK payment protocols. Adhere to quality monitoring frameworks to assure senior management of compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with R&D clinical development and/or medical affairs. Background in technical support roles. Experience in project coordination or management. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various functions and regions. Self-motivated and capable of working within a highly matrixed global team. Educational background in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or administrative roles. Proficient in English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
