Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to support our medical office operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes within our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Interaction: Conduct interviews with patients to gather comprehensive case histories.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Claims Processing: Complete insurance and other necessary claim forms accurately.
  • Filing System Maintenance: Organize and maintain an effective filing system.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and manage inventory levels.
  • Document Preparation: Enter and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, and prepare documents for review.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients and visitors.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a small team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and support.

Technical Skills
