We are looking for a passionate Quality Analyst to become an integral part of our team, ensuring that our organization upholds the highest quality standards. This role is essential for executing and enhancing quality initiatives, thereby improving the overall effectiveness of our quality programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a quality monitoring and enhancement program for new CTG initiatives while providing support for existing programs as necessary.
  • Engage directly in quality assessment activities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed quality standards throughout all program aspects, address quality challenges, and refine processes.
  • Generate detailed reports that evaluate the performance of selected programs, ensuring compliance with all quality reporting requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of quality initiatives.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Formulate and implement quality enhancement action plans with leadership to rectify any deficiencies and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience in quality monitoring and improvement within the healthcare sector or a comparable role in another industry.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-focused environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Suite, Visio, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, Excel, and electronic survey tools (e.g., Survey Monkey), with experience in PowerBI preferred.
