Key Responsibilities:
Are you ready to contribute to a pivotal role within our strategic capability team focused on ensuring effective and compliant engagement with Health Care Providers (HCP), External Experts (EE), and Health Care Organizations (HCO) globally? The Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in executing the engagement process as part of our operational service hub. This position involves collaboration with various teams to maintain high standards of compliance with both internal and external regulations governing HCP/EE and HCO interactions.
Main Duties Include:
- Leveraging existing systems and methodologies to facilitate effective, consistent, and compliant delivery of engagements with Health Care Organizations, Health Care Providers, and External Experts.
- Collaborating with Senior Engagement Specialists and HUB Regional Directors to refine and enhance processes that support ongoing business operations.
- Assisting in the management of core engagement processes for GSK Pharmaceuticals and ViiV Healthcare.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Upholding specific engagement processes aligned with GSK's Code of Practice and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Providing operational support for therapy-specific engagements involving Health Care Organizations, Health Care Providers, and External Experts for both local and international activities.
- Ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Facilitating compliant travel arrangements for Health Care Providers and External Experts in accordance with GSK policies.
- Maintaining documentation standards and compliance.
- Supporting quality assurance audits and contributing to the development of training materials for staff.
- Ensuring timely payments to Health Care Organizations in accordance with GSK payment protocols.
- Adhering to quality monitoring frameworks to assure compliance with internal and external standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with R&D clinical development and/or medical affairs.
- Background in technical support or project management.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse functions and regions.
- Self-driven and capable of working within a highly matrixed global team.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
