Role Overview: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, the Talent Acquisition Consultant for Healthcare Projects will manage the complete recruitment cycle for CTG positions. This role emphasizes building relationships and providing a tailored experience for candidates across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Recruitment: You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from understanding role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill their recruitment needs while offering expert guidance to hiring managers.
  • Candidate-Centric Approach: Act as CTG's Brand Ambassador, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Agility in Recruitment: Thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency and adaptability to attract and secure the right talent.
