Food Service Supervisor

Heritage Indian Cuisine Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a smooth service flow.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that all necessary items are stocked.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
English
