Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GB Emmet Holdings Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on our operations and performance.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and walking. You will also work under pressure to meet customer demand and maintain a high level of service.
Requirements:- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
