Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GB Emmet Holdings Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we manage our finances effectively and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on our operations and performance.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk, making this role physically demanding.

Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
