Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GB Emmet Holdings Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and performing physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and walking.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing and lifting
