Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Corporate team, specifically supporting the Fluids Business Unit. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service to our Fluids Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the Fluids Business Unit.
  2. Analyze HR and safety metrics to inform business decisions.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely updates to HR and safety apps.
  4. Support corporate recruiting and onboarding processes.
  5. Develop and maintain job descriptions and performance appraisal tracking.
  6. Assist with immigration and relocation, training, and succession planning.
  7. Manage employee headcount and manning reports.
  8. Liaise with governmental bodies and the legal community as required.
  9. Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable laws.
Requirements:
  1. College degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years at a manager level.
  3. CHRL/CHRP designation is an asset.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
  5. Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration, as well as workplace legislation and employment law.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
