Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and grow client relationships through delivery of value-added financial advice and solutions
  • Proactively contact clients to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage risk and exercise due diligence in all banking procedures
  • Champion digital enablement and advocate for RBC mobile and online applications
Requirements
  • Business development and client acquisition skills, including building and leveraging valuable Centres of Influence
  • Proven track record in exceptional client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
