About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in Outaouais and Gatineau. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with our retail partners, leveraging your knowledge of the market and our products to drive sales growth.
  • Account Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Market Analysis - Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Sales Strategy - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets and tracking progress.
  • Communication - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Education - Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Language - Fluency in both French and English.
  • Skills - Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
