CMLS Financial is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Vice President, Real Estate Finance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for originating commercial mortgages for the Quebec market, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
About the Role- Originate commercial mortgages for the Quebec market, leveraging your network and expertise to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, including sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of mortgage transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial mortgage lending, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
