As the Vice President of Real Estate Operations at Jace Holdings Ltd., you will spearhead the strategic direction and execution of our real estate initiatives across various regions. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping our real estate portfolio and enhancing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Management: Oversee the pipeline of real estate opportunities, including site selection, acquisitions, and lease negotiations. Ensure thorough review and approval of key lease or sale terms.
- Development Leadership: Direct the real estate development process, including the expansion and renovation of existing sites. Conduct viability analyses and manage third-party development projects.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the implementation of the 5-Year Network Strategy, Capital Plan, and Real Estate Budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Capital Appropriation Coordination: Manage all aspects of the Capital Appropriation Request (CAR), including market studies and financial analyses.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure all presentation materials and reports are vetted by key business stakeholders for senior management approval.
- Process Improvement: Design and implement best practices for real estate processes within the organization.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of real estate professionals, focusing on talent development and performance management.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with regional leaders in Operations and Business Development to ensure strategic alignment.
- Construction and Design Oversight: Collaborate with Construction and Design teams to influence site development and ensure compliance with design criteria.
- Legal Coordination: Work with the Real Estate Legal team to manage contract conditions, lease amendments, and other legal agreements.
- Financial Analysis Coordination: Coordinate financial analyses with the Real Estate and Operations Finance teams to support capital projects.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Business or Real Estate.
- 12+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Development.
- Fluency in both French and English, with a strong understanding of land planning and construction practices.
Work Model:
We require our team members to adhere to a hybrid work model, necessitating in-office presence at least three days per week to foster collaboration and maintain a strong office culture.
