Key Responsibilities- Lead the regional management of our investment strategy, including acquisitions, closings, and business plan execution

- Lead the closing process, including due diligence and coordination with internal resources and stakeholders

- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance, including principal investing at a private equity company or real estate firm
- Real estate experience and a keen interest in developing relationships in the sector
- Advanced analytical skills, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Motivated to lead and contribute to the development of junior team members
- Critical thinker with good judgment and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to work independently and synergistically in a lean corporate structure
- Results-driven individual with the ability to lead inter-disciplinary teams
