Automotive Service Advisor

Total Auto Service is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Answer written and oral inquiries from customers, providing accurate and timely information.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Arrange for billing and payment processing for services rendered.
- Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers, ensuring they understand their options.
- Issue receipts and other forms as required.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints, providing meaningful information and services.
- Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Receive payments from customers and process transactions.
The Service Advisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The role involves repetitive tasks, walking, and standing for extended periods.
