We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Total Auto Service. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and provide information on our services, including advertising and sales promotion strategies.
- Service Coordination: Arrange for billing and issue receipts for services provided.
- Problem Resolution: Address client complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, including receiving payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
