Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Total Auto Service. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to meet their business needs.
- Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Provide information to clients and arrange for billing for services.
- Explain the type and cost of services offered to clients.
- Issue receipts and other forms as required.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints.
- Perform general office duties as required.
- Receive payments from clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
