We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Fed Finance Canada. As a key member of our recruitment and business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage client relationships to drive business growth and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to source and interview top talent
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and candidates
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent
- Bilingual in French and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
